  • Public Wallet Addresses: We process and store your public wallet addresses when you interact with the blockchain.

  • Blockchain Transaction Data: We may collect and send your transaction data to the Fuel blockchain network as part of the service’s operation.
  • Blockchain Interaction Data: We may read and process blockchain data related to your public address to provide our services, including viewing transaction history, balances, and domain ownership status.

2.3 No Custodial Information

Fuelet Wallet is a non-custodial wallet, meaning we do not collect or access your private keys, recovery phrases, or financial information. You are solely responsible for safeguarding your private keys and passwords.

3. How We Use Your Information

The information we collect is used to:

  • Provide, maintain, and improve our decentralized wallet services.
  • Respond to inquiries and send updates or notices.
  • Analyze service performance to enhance the user experience.

4. Sharing of the Information

We do not share the information that you provide us with other organizations without your express consent, except as described in this Privacy Policy. We disclose information to third parties under the following circumstances:

Our Application may contain links or API connections to other websites, products, or services such as Fuel or similar, that we do not own or operate. We are not responsible for the privacy and confidentiality practices of these third parties. Please be aware that this Privacy Policy does not apply to your activities on these third-party API providers or any information you disclose to these third parties. We recommend you read their privacy policies before providing any information to them.

Your data may be transferred to and processed outside your country of residence. By using the Fuelet Wallet, you consent to the transfer of your data to jurisdictions where data protection laws may differ.

7.1 Cross-Border Information Transfer (EEA)

Please be aware that your information will be transferred to, processed, and stored outside of the European Economic Area (EEA). You consent to the transfer of your information, including personal information, out of the EEA by using the Application. Whenever we transfer your personal information out of the EEA to countries not deemed by the European Commission to provide an adequate level of personal information protection, the transfer will be based on a data transfer mechanism recognized by the European Commission as providing adequate protection for personal information. 8. Regional Restrictions

The Fuelet Wallet is not available to users in certain jurisdictions, including but not limited to:

  • United States of America
  • North Korea
  • Iran
  • Cuba
  • Syria
  • Any other jurisdiction where the use of decentralized financial services is restricted or prohibited by law.

If you are a resident or located in these restricted regions, you must immediately cease using Fuelet Wallet.

10. Data Retention

We retain personal information only as long as necessary for our services or to comply with legal obligations. Public wallet addresses and blockchain transactions cannot be altered or deleted as they are part of the public ledger.

We do not knowingly collect information from individuals under 18 years of age. If you believe we have collected such information, contact us so we can delete it.
